Booking Policy

How reservations work for The Legacy at Madison experience.

This policy is being finalized with Legacy Landing and will be published in full before launch. For anything you need in the meantime, please contact us.

Visits to The Legacy at Madison are by reservation. When booking opens, you'll choose a date and time, select your guests, review the total and policies, and complete secure payment. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is verified — reaching a success page alone does not confirm a booking.

The full booking policy — including session times, capacity, minimum party size, private-visit availability, and any deposit requirements — is finalized with Legacy Landing before launch and will appear here.
