The Southern Soul Food Experience
The tour closes at the table, with a signature Southern Sunday soul food meal — a family-style tradition deeply rooted in African American history, culture, and community. It is more than a meal: it is a return to the table where stories were shared, wisdom was passed down, and families found strength through fellowship. Inspired by traditions from the late 1800s through the early 1900s, the dining experience honors flavors and customs passed through generations.

Plan for about three hours. Tours are offered in two sessions — 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM — Friday through Monday.
